Thank you for shopping at Chronoqo. We strive to provide high-quality services and digital products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Digital Products & Services
Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are final and non-refundable once the service has been delivered or the product has been accessed/downloaded.
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- A technical issue prevents delivery or access, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 5 business days.
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
- You were charged but did not receive the product or service at all.
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at support@chronoqo.com. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
2. Physical Products (if applicable)
If you purchase a physical product from us, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
To initiate a return, email us at support@chronoqo.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
- Customized or personalized services
- Gift cards
- Discounted “final sale” items
- Services already rendered or started
4. Processing Refunds
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
